Map: http://quicklink.se1direct.co.uk/?id=1108
Community Initiatives at Tate Modern, in partnership with
Bankside Open Spaces Trust, is looking to continue to
develop the community garden space for use by the local
community, by organising a wild flower planting evening.
Substantial groundwork has already taken place and a
wildlife bog/pond area has been installed by the London
Wildlife Trust as well as a shed designed by the Riverwood
project, working in partnership with Mencap. But we need
your help to make the garden even more colourful! A range of
wild flowers will be planted as well as climbers.
Youll need to come dressed in clothing suitable for the
outdoors, so dont forget your wellies! Please come along,
everyone is welcome. The gated garden space is located on
the Tate Modern landscape, to the east of the building.
If you would like to come along please contact Synthia
Griffin on 020 7401 5176 or [email protected]
