Literature Festival highlights this week include 'Queen Elizabeth I & The River' with Dr David Starkey (Tuesday), 'Southwark: A Dramatic Entertainment' devised by Christopher Sinclair-Stevenson (Thursday) and the Southwark Literature Lecture to be delivered by Poet Laureate Andrew Motion (Friday). The Southwark Festival Visual Arts programme continues until Friday, including an exhibition of works by Gerald Scarfe at Cotton's Atrium.
