Dr. Ruth Richardson (The Wellcome Institute for the
History of Medicine) The author of "Death, Dissection,
and the Destitute" and regular columnist for the
Lancet, will be exploring the parallels between
contemporary attitudes to organ donation, harvesting
and transplantation, and the 19th century practice of
"body-snatching" corpses for medical dissection.

Dulwich Picture Gallery is running free drop-in art
