Agenda includes update on policing issues and a presentation on terms of reference for community councils and outline of the types of decisions that community councils have power to make. There will also be a discussion on the proposal for demolition of 100 Union Street and redevelopment of site for a mixed use development comprising a 9/10 storey building, two 6 storey buildings consisting of 73 residential units, B1 business space, A1/A3 shop/caf� units and 8 live/work units with associated parking.
