BOROUGH AND BANKSIDE COMMUNITY COUNCIL
Wednesday 5 May
7pm at Charles Dickens School, Lant Street

Monthly meeting open to residents of Cathedrals and
Chaucer wards. John Everett, manager of the Tabard
Tenant Management Organisation, will speak on how the
estate/area is changing, what problems residents face,
what is improving and what still needss to be done.
Following the regular update on policing issues, there
will be a chance to raise general housing issue with a
senior housing officer from Library Street. Kevin Dykes
will introduce the Cleaner, Greener, Safer programme
for 2004/5, followed by discussion of the schemes that
can be funded from this year's budget. Julie Seymour
will present the revisions of the Unitary Development
Plan (Southwark Plan). There will aso be an update on
neighbourhood renewal in Blackfriars, Borough and
Walworth.
