Business includes an update on local policing issues and an interim report on the Dickens Square feasibility study. The item on the Trinity Street road closure has been deferred to a future meeting. Future meetings will be held every six weeks rather than monthly. Followed by planning agenda - applications to be considered for continued use as a Class A3 restauraunt without a takeaway service at 48A Great Suffolk Street (opposite the BP petrol station) and constuction of an extension to an office building at 4-7 Vine Yard (off Marshalsea Road). Now that the park's lease is in place and a management plan written, there is real opportunity to capture investment money and really make a difference.
