The aim of the walks is to help local residents discover healthier, safer ways of getting around their neighbourhood. Explore its fascinating history, culture and community with Southwark Mysteries and help survey new routes to inform future transport and planning decisions. Under her direction, the Royal Festival Hall foyers and contents will be transformed into a massive battery of percussion. She will be joined by composer Tim Steiner and local groups including the London School of Samba. Together they will 'play' the building, grooving on tables, chairs, banisters and anything they can find, with backing from an environmental dance soundtrack created by Mercury nominee MJ Cole.
