BERMONDSEY PEOPLE MATTERS
Friday 8 October
1pm-8pm at St Hugh's Church Hall, The Rainbow Building,
Crosby Row

Come along to get a flavour of how RE:generate is
working with local people in Bermondsey. You will be
able to see and hear first hand accounts about the
Listening Matters process and about some of the ideas
that local people are working on to help make a
difference. You will have the opportunity to learn
about and get involved with emerging projects that are
directly tackling concerns of the community by building
on what is loved in the area.
Between 4.30pm and 5.30pm there will be a 'round table'
meeting where presentations from local activists will
be made and discussions will take place to explore ways
of making changes and building the future that local
people need and want in Bermondsey. Between 6pm and 8pm
there will a launch of a local arts initiative with an
exclusive video screening and live performances.

WATERLOO MILLENNIUM GREEN ANIMAL DAY

the work of animal charities. Spitalfields City Farm is

Full UK immigration controls on Eurostar services will
move from London to Europe, following a deal between
