Get advice: On savings and managing money, and how to make your home safer More info: 020 7403 9683 or email [email protected] A CONCERT FOR WINTER AT SHAKESPEARE'S GLOBE Thursday 9 Decembwer 1pm-2.30pm at Shakespeare's Globe, Bankside Map: http://quicklink.se1direct.co.uk/?id=939 As part of this year�s A Concert for Winter at Shakespeare�s Globe, African drumming will replace more conventional instruments to celebrate the season of goodwill. The festive drumming, performed by Southwark schoolchildren, is part of the annual community celebration at the Globe Theatre. Over 400 children will perform a range of festive music including Christmas carols such as Let it Snow, Winter Wonderland and The Holly and the Ivy. The PricewaterhouseCoopers Pantomime players will partner a local school to perform a festive medley. And Southwark Police will make an appearance on stage with Merry Christmas Everyone by Shakin' Stevens. Concert for Winter is now in its seventh successive year.
