CULTURAL ATTRACTIONS WORKSHOP: CROSS RIVER PARTNERSHIP

Cross River Partnership presents a free afternoon
workshop with a number of business support agencies to
provide advice/expertise at a series of themed
workshops, giving support and information. The
workshops are aimed at small to medium sized businesses
in the tourism and hospitality industry. The following
workshops will be offered:
Workshop 1: Customer Care: The benefits of customer
satisfaction, Assisting disabled people, awareness of
customers' different cultures and mechanisms for
customer comments/complaints
Workshop 2: Practical Marketing for Small Businesses:
The Importance of targeted marketing, Gaining new
customers, Increased customer care, Getting more from
current customers
Workshops will start at 2pm and afterwards and will be
repeated so that you have the chance to attend them
both. From 5pm-7pm, early evening drinks will be
provided where there will be an opportunity to network
with other operators and to meet and share ideas with

DALI'S BIRTHDAY: DALI'S SURREAL UNIVERSE

11 May is the birthday of the great Surrealist Salvador
Salvador Dal�. Dal� Universe at County Hall presents a
spectacular performance of modern mime created,
directed and performed by Ricardo Gaete. 'Dal�'s
Surreal Universe' is a physical theatre piece about the
life and works of Dal� inspired by the Dal� Universe
exhibition. Ricardo Gaete is the resident Dal�
impressionist at Dal� Universe and can often be seen
delighting audiences on the South Bank and though out
the gallery.
