The workshops are aimed at small to medium sized businesses in the tourism and hospitality industry. The following workshops will be offered: Workshop 1: Customer Care: The benefits of customer satisfaction, Assisting disabled people, awareness of customers' different cultures and mechanisms for customer comments/complaints Workshop 2: Practical Marketing for Small Businesses: The Importance of targeted marketing, Gaining new customers, Increased customer care, Getting more from current customers Workshops will start at 2pm and afterwards and will be repeated so that you have the chance to attend them both. From 5pm-7pm, early evening drinks will be provided where there will be an opportunity to network with other operators and to meet and share ideas with others in the industry.
