More 200,000 people are expected to celebrate the start of 2007 in central London. The fireworks can be viewed wherever you can se e the Eye - from balconies, windows and high points across the capital. The display will also be broadcast live on BBC One. There are viewing areas between Waterloo and Westminster Bridges on the banks of the Thames. A rolling programme of lighting and large-scale projection effects will animate the Shell Centre before the countdown into 2007 commences. This year's theme is Dreams of London featuring the aspirations of pupils from Johanna Primary School in Waterloo.
