LONDON SINGS OUT! CHOIRS ON THE SOUTH BANK
Friday 1 May
12 noon at Festival Riverside,  Belvedere Road; free
Join the launch of the Various Voices London Festival -
hosted by Sandi Toksvig - and witness the South Bank
bursting into life with song. This event will see visiting
choirs singing together for the first time plus a wealth of
festival fun, May-Day frivolity and celebrations and the
sheer power of massed voices singing the Festival Song. The
festival will be opened by the Deputy Mayor of London
Richard Barnes AM. Various Voices at Southbank Centre is a
four-day showcase of singing talent from the Lesbian, Gay,
Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community.

BORDER CROSSINGS: ORIGINS: FESTIVAL OF FIRST NATIONS

they celebrate the opening of Origins: Festival of First
Nations. In a spectacular welcoming ceremony, London's own

Elders from the British theatre community, this will be a
