STORY, SILENCE AND THE PRESENT IMAGINATION

A wide-ranging discussion about the questions raised by the
sculpture, Shadows of the Wanderer. This large sculptural
group recalls the tale of Aeneas, who carries his father,
Anchises, from the ruins of Troy. It also resonates
powerfully with present-day issues, particularly the
displacement of people. The panel includes Karen Armstrong,
Ana Maria Pacheco and Xavier Bray. The evening will be
chaired by Neil MacGregor, director of the British Museum.

MERCY SHIPS CAROL SERVICE

cuts in the run up to Christmas - perfect for cards and
