It's part of a review to establish how Southwark Council can maintain a high quality library service, fit for the 21st century, in the face of unprecedented budget cuts. Southwark Council is making savings of nearly �400,000 in its library service over the next three years. All of these meetings are open to the public and will give local people an opportunity to put forward their views about the library service and make suggestions about how savings could be achieved. It is 1864, during the American Civil War, and newly retired General Lear decides to divide his mammoth estate, once belonging to the Navajo Nation, amongst his three daughters. This act sets in motion a great storm of truth, consequences, dispossession, and loss which Lear must face head on. Haunted by his actions and his horrific past made present - Lear discovers a painful truth among the natives he once deceived.
