Five heats plus a winners' race run inside Borough Market's Jubilee Market will establish Bankside's best pancake tossers. Last November the Lambeth cabinet considered the findings of the libraries commission. Now the council is holding a further consultation on how to take forward the commission's recommendations at the same time as implementing budget cuts. NB the WCDG meeting previously advertised for this date at 7pm has been postponed until 29 February.
