Want to help make the area greener? Drop in anytime between 10am and 4pm and have free tea and cake in the garden and have a chat to a member of Bankside Open Spaces Trust staff about what opportunities are available. BOST will be running gardening sessions throughout the day for you to join in, so just turn up any time. Wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty and flat shoes. It consists of 11 concerts over 4 days, and will see world class performers from across Europe performing new music including festival commissions, 15 world premieres and numerous UK premieres. There will also be pre-concert talks and workshops for instrumentalists, an International Composers' Competition and a Featured Young Performer. Festival goers will be welcome at the Festival Club in The Cello Factory in Cornwall Road. Residents of Cornwall Road, any road that adjoins it, Windmill Walk and Secker Street are invited to apply for a free ticket to any one event, and are entitled to concessionary prices to all other events.
