While the Borough Market traders will be selling both Catalan and English food, different performances will be taking place at the stage located at the core of the market. Visitors will get a taste of English folk and sardanes dancers - a circle dance typical of Catalonia - and they will enjoy performances by the Orfe� Catal� � the most historic Catalan choir - the Catalan theatre company Bots&Barrals and the Catalan actress-singer Laia Martinez, who will tell the story of St George and the dragon to the little ones. In addition, the romantic Catalan custom of exchanging roses and books with the beloved ones will be one of the attractions of the Catalan stands.
